Neal Klein Homes Customer Service has more than 37 years’ experience in providing customer service. As soon as escrow clears, our job begins. Our job is to resolve issues and provide customer service. When a customer calls with a request for service, our goal is to respond within 24 hours.
The Customer Service Team coordinates customer service. We have a 97 percent satisfaction rating from our home buyers. Since many of our buyers are return customers themselves or are recommending friends or family members to us, our goal is to deliver satisfaction to every new home buyer. There are times when we go above and beyond the warranty. This is all part of our Can Do attitude.
